What is your screening criteria?
I screen all new clients for both safety and compatibility. This process helps ensure a positive, respectful experience for both of us.
For screening purposes, I require one of the following:
Photo ID – A clear image of your government-issued identification.
LinkedIn Profile – A screenshot of your LinkedIn profile while logged in, including your profile picture.
Payment In-Full - Occasionally I meet clients who are not able to screen using any of the methods listed above. I manage these on a case-by-case basis and require payment in-full at the time of booking via e-transfer.
Your privacy is important to me—any information you share will be handled with discretion and used only for screening.
How do I pay the deposit?
I request a $50 deposit from all new clients. I waive the deposit for returning clients.

What if you or I have to cancel our appointment?
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
If you cancel – For any reason, your deposit will be credited towards a future appointment.
If I cancel – If your deposit was paid by e-transfer, I will refund it immediately. If it was paid by gift card or ko-fi, I’m unable to issue a refund, but the full amount will be applied to a future booking.
What if I sent an email/text and you didn't respond?
I’m happy to connect via text, WhatsApp, or email.
I don’t take phone calls, so I won’t answer or check voicemails.
If you haven’t heard back from me within 48 hours, please feel free to send a quick follow-up. I receive a lot of messages each day, and occasionally one might slip through the cracks or I may be running a little behind. It’s never personal, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Is it true that you only see one client per day?
Yes, it’s true—and it’s not a marketing gimmick. I truly enjoy my work, and one way I protect that joy is by not overbooking myself. Limiting my schedule to one client per day ensures I never feel rushed or burned out, and it allows me to give you my complete attention and energy.
The upside: you receive an unrushed, fully present experience.
The downside: my calendar fills quickly, and I’m unable to accommodate same-day requests. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Where do you host clients?
I host from a private condo in downtown Toronto, near Yonge and Bloor. The space is upscale, discreet, and decorated to feel like a home. Warm and welcoming, the space is always kept spotlessly clean.
Getting here is easy:
Transit: Just a 5-minute walk from both Yonge–Bloor and Sherbourne stations.
Parking: Paid street parking, Green P lots, and private garages are all nearby.
Driving in: The DVP is close and connects directly to Hwy 401 and the Gardiner for out-of-town visitors.
Do you accept gifts?
Gifts are always a thoughtful gesture, but they are never expected or required. If you’d like to surprise me with something extra, here are a few ideas I always appreciate:
