Is sexual touch available?
My sessions are centered on mindfulness, presence, and connection, with the primary focus on care, grounding, and emotional intimacy. Sexual touch is an option if it feels meaningful, consensual, and appropriate in the moment. You are always in control, and nothing is expected. The session is guided entirely by your comfort and boundaries.
Do I need to have previous experience with mindfulness?
No prior experience with intimacy or mindful touch is required. Sessions are fully guided by your comfort, and you choose whether to explore closeness, skin-to-skin contact, or optional sexual touch. You can remain fully clothed, experience gentle nurturing touch, or engage in intimacy if it feels safe and meaningful. Consent and personal boundaries are respected at every step.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Most sessions involve partial draping similar to a massage. Fresh bathrobes are also available for your use. If you choose to explore optional sexual intimacy, sessions are structured to maximize privacy, comfort, and safety. You remain in control over which areas of your body are exposed and which practices you engage in.
How is this different from therapy?
While therapy focuses on talk and mental processing, my sessions are embodied and experiential, working with your body, breath, and nervous system. You may experience relaxation, emotional release, or sexual intimacy, if meaningful, but the focus is on presence, care, and connection, rather than discussion alone.
What can I expect from a session?
Every session is tailored to your comfort, needs, and intentions. You can expect a combination of:
Mindful touch: Slow, intentional, and nurturing contact to help you relax and reconnect with your body.
Breathwork and presence practices: Guiding your nervous system toward calm and focus.
Optional intimacy: Moments of closeness or skin-to-skin contact, including sexual intimacy, only if it feels meaningful.
Reflection and grounding: Time at the end to integrate the experience and leave feeling centered, cared for, and present.
Sessions are designed to help you release tension, feel deeply cared for, and experience connection; physically, emotionally, and mindfully.

Where are you located?
I work from a private, serene condo near Yonge & Bloor, designed to create a safe, welcoming, and discreet space for your sessions.
The location is convenient whether you’re coming from the downtown core, midtown offices, or nearby highways. It’s just a five-minute walk from the Yonge/Bloor and Sherbourne TTC stations, and there’s plenty of paid street parking and nearby garages.
This is a space where you can arrive, relax, and feel fully present, knowing your comfort and privacy are always prioritized.
When are sessions available?
I am available when you need me and offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Sessions can be booked:
Early morning: Start your day grounded before work
Midday: Refresh during lunch breaks
After work: Relax before your commute home
Evenings: Unwind and reconnect
I am generally available Monday to Friday, and I occasionally open weekend sessions for regular clients.
Appointments are by scheduling only, ensuring that your time is private, uninterrupted, and focused entirely on your experience.
